Here's a picture of the fuse and parting board just before we started making the first half of the mold.  You can see the chin cowl and parting board too.

3/24/02 After about seven hours we have half a mold layed up.  That's 10 layers of 7.5oz. tooling cloth and some really nasty smelling epoxy.

Applying the surface coat for side 2.  I can't stand the smell.  Gray is high.
